Consultation Bookings & Payments

All online consultations booked through NutriApteekki are subject to practitioner availability. A booking is considered confirmed only after the transmission of a confirmation email and the successful processing of the consultation fee.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur a 50% administrative fee.

Platform Conduct

Video consultations require a stable internet connection. We are not responsible for technical failures on the client's side during sessions.

Scope of Nutritional Guidance

The information, programs, and guidelines provided by NutriApteekki are intended for informational purposes and general health management. Our nutritionologists provide expert guidance based on current scientific literature and biological data.
